To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Stitchers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees actually paid by you to Global Stitchers in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim giving rise to such liability.
